Which parts of the car should I damp first?

For maximum impact, start with the doors and the floor pan. The doors reduce external road noise and improve speaker quality, while the floor pan eliminates exhaust and tire vibrations.

Does it add too much weight to the car?

While damping sheets do add mass, you don't need to cover 100% of the surface. Covering just 25-50% of the center of a metal panel can stop up to 90% of vibrations, keeping the weight addition minimal.

Is it safe for health and cabin air quality?

Yes. HRM damping sheets are made from high-grade Butyl and are free from bitumen and asphalt, ensuring they remain odorless even under high engine or solar heat.
