Technical FAQ

Can PET panels block sound between rooms?

PET panels are primarily designed for sound absorption (reducing echo within a room). For blocking sound between rooms, we recommend combining these with our Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) for a complete acoustic system.

How are these panels installed on walls?

They can be easily installed using heavy-duty spray adhesive, hot glue, or mechanical fasteners. They are easy to cut on-site using a standard utility knife for custom fittings around outlets.

Are PET panels safe for allergy sufferers?

Yes. Unlike glass wool or rock wool, PET fibers are non-irritating, non-allergenic, and do not release harmful particles into the air, making them ideal for sensitive environments.
